+How do I book my special day?
Please fill out our contact form to confirm availability. A signed contract with a non-refundable deposit is required in order to secure your wedding date. We operate on a first come, first serve basis, and can not save dates without a signed contract and deposit.
+Can I do my trial before signing a contract and paying a deposit?
Yes, absolutely. But your date is not secured without a signed contract or deposit and is still up for grabs. If another client reaches out for the date and secures with all the requirements, the date is booked. If your trial is booked or completed and there is not a signed agreement or deposit paid, the date is not guaranteed.
+Will the artist that does my trial be the same artist that will be available on my wedding day?
Absolutely! Every artist has their unique style, technique, and perception.
+Do I get to choose my stylist?
You can certainly put in a request but ultimately, your artist will be determined by availability.
+Where will my trial take place?
Our artists are a collaboration of on-site stylists. Some artists work at studios/salons and others only provide on-site services. You will be given all the necessary details when you are ready to book your trial.
+My bridal party is HUGE, will it only be one artist?
If a group is larger than 6 people, we will send a second artist, if 12 or more there will be a third. The number of artists is also based on availability.
+When is my final payment due?
Final payment is due on the day of the event in cash.
+How much time do you usually schedule per person (hair or makeup)?
45 minutes to 1 hour
+What if I decide to cancel my services?
You will have up to 6 months before your date to make any changes or cancelations. The deposit is non-refundable. Any changes made under the 6 months will be charged 100% of the service. For example, if someone in the bridal party decides on the day that they will no longer have hair/makeup done, 100% of the service will still be owed.
+What if someone decides they do want a service after I have already signed a contract?
We will do our best to accommodate any additions, however can not guarantee an additional artist will be available if needed.
+Do you automatically include gratuity?
Gratuities are not included, however much appreciated.
