I am a professional makeup artist with over 10 years of experience specializing in bridal beauty. Over the past decade, I’ve had the privilege of working with countless brides, helping them look and feel their best on one of the most important days of their lives. I am also the proud owner of Rouje Bridal and my own aesthetics business, where get to combine my passion for beauty with personalized service to create flawless, long-lasting looks tailored to each bride’s vision.

When I’m not working, I love to travel and find inspiration in new places. I’m also a devoted cat lover, and my furry companions keep me company as I balance work and my passion for exploring the world.

Hailey

After graduating from the Aveda Institute in 2014, I began my career as a full-time hair stylist in the Milwaukee area. I pride myself in my bridal experience, and although I can achieve almost any style, my favorites consist of loose, romantic updos and styles with a lot of texture. Aside from my styling strengths, I work well under pressure and genuinely love conversing with everyone who sits in my chair! Meeting brides and those closest to them is such an incredible experience and being part of such an important day is an honor. When I’m not styling hair for weddings, you can find me working full-time behind the chair. I am married with two sons, a poodle named Sheldon, and a calico cat, Quinn. My hobbies include gardening, yoga, knitting, and shooting competitive archery. I look forward to working with all of our future brides.

I am a professional makeup artist and dedicated healthcare professional. With a background in nursing as a house supervisor at a hospital, I have been committed to caring for others for several years. However, my other passion lies in makeup artistry, which I have been pursuing since 2019 alongside my full-time job as a nurse. Specializing in bridal makeup, I find great joy in enhancing my bride’snatural beauty and making them feel confident on their special day. Along with being a makeup artist and healthcare professional, I am also a devoted wife and mother. Married with two energetic little boys, I find immense joy and fulfillment in my little family life, cherishing every moment spent with my loved ones. Balancing my professional career with the joys of motherhood, I strive to exemplify dedication and love both in my work and personal life.

Kirstin

I have been doing wedding hair and makeup for over 10 years. My path in the wedding industry started as a photographer until I realized my true passion was in the art of hair and makeup.  Having prior knowledge of photographing weddings is such a gift when creating your wedding day looks, your photos will last a lifetime and you and your wedding party will be looking picture perfect.  I love being a part of such an important day and am honored to pamper every bride on their special day.  

When I’m not glamming for a wedding I work part-time behind the chair specializing in blonding and all things curls. That translates to me also having many curly-haired brides.  With more and more of us curly girls embracing our hair in our everyday lives, more and more brides are also rocking the curls and I’m all about it! Since I have been doing this for so long though I have tons of experience in all textures and styles from classic to boho, to even edgy. I love it all!

I will say the best part of working in this industry for me is the connection I make with each and every one of my brides! Your love stories inspire me and I get so much joy out of making you all feel and look like your most beautiful selves.  

Jehona

My love for makeup has always been a huge part of who I am. My career as a makeup artist began as a college student, working for Chanel Cosmetics eventually leading me into a management role for Sephora. My passion for makeup has only grown since then.

Now I manage a multi-unit retail business full time and on the weekends I get to pursue my passion as a makeup artist.

When I’m not managing stores or glamming up bride, I am at home being a wife and a mother to two beautiful girls. I work hard to be an example to my daughters and want them to know they can make their dreams come true with hard work, dedication, and passion.
